Bankruptcy can be a little intimidating and can make you feel a lack of success in your financial situation. Especially when collection agencies start threatening and calling about lawsuits. Financial knowledge is important to understand, but unfortunately sometimes life circumstances just happens, and you’re left with a dark cloud over your head, saying “what did I do wrong.” Lawyers can also make you feel untrusted, but not Cheryl Davis and her staff. Through the bankruptcy journey they never left me in the dark. Melissa, my assigned paralegal, was very transparent about the process, and my questions were always answered.
